A lesson in daylight replication

Putaruru College Gymnasium is a great example of what can be achieved with the integration of IntelliSun lighting in delivering an adaptive visual environment that mimics natural light.

15 IntelliSun PanelLux fixtures were installed as part of the school gymnasiums remodelling, incorporating autonomous activation with customised control over zoning and fixture selection, mimicking daylight and generating illumination with the qualities and benefits associated with natural light.

Each light fixture includes microwave sensing for occupant detection with wireless communication between lights via an independent flood mesh network that is part of the lighting technology, ensuring the gymnasium area is illuminated when in use and at a minimum output when un-occupied.
